We are an entrepreneurial financial consultancy firm that is focused on adding value to our clients. We do not want to work with you unless we can make your business grow faster, run more efficiently, make greater profits, or help position it to grow value over the long term.
Our team are experienced and enthusiastic qualified accountants. They have worked as Finance Directors for growing companies and understand the issues these companies face. They have experience in corporate finance, having helped companies raise equity and debt as well as position and advise companies on acquisitions and disposals.

Founder and Director
Olly is passionate about working with growth companies. He is a qualified accountant and worked with a range of SME clients before moving into corporate finance with Daniel Stewart and Deloitte. He has significant experience in corporate finance and deal structuring as well as raising capital. He was Group FD to AIM quoted Magnolia Petroleum Plc and has part time FD roles with a number of companies across a range of sectors. He now runs Growth Company FD full time.
Outside GCFD Olly loves hanging out with his young family and when time permits (not very often!) he loves skiing, kitesurfing and multisports on the beach. He is also trying to publish a childrens book later this year!
